Bengal Win Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bengal Win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Bengal Win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one Bengal Win account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Bengal Win reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. Bengal Win uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and account security purposes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bengal Win login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Bengal Win will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. 4. Deposits & Payments

Bengal Win accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your Bengal Win account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your account verification level and the limits set by your chosen payment provider.
• Players may set personal deposit limits from their account dashboard at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Bengal Win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the registered account holder's name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Bengal Win reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. This may include a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number and name.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at Bengal Win are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• Verified accounts: average processing time of 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Unverified accounts: withdrawals are held pending completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawals flagged for manual review may take up to 24 hours to process.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Bengal Win reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may require additional documentation.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bengal Win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bengal Win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

Bengal Win actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Bengal Win are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on, as well as the general betting conditions in this section. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game or market before placing a bet.

General Betting Conditions

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bengal Win does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical error.
• Bengal Win reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or markets opened due to a technical fault.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. Bengal Win is not responsible for delays in live data that may affect in-play betting markets.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on the platform.
• Cricket, football, kabaddi, handball, and tennis markets are each governed by their own sport-specific settlement rules.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

12. Account Termination

Bengal Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any conduct that Bengal Win reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

13. Changes to These Terms

Bengal Win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Continued use of the Bengal Win platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
